Fervent Fire Ministries at the First Tulsa Christmas Parade Block Party

For the first time ever, the Tulsa Christmas Parade held a block party after the parade in the Cathedral District. It contained music, close-up views of some of the parade entries and floats, food trucks, and fun inflatables for children.

The block party also included a stage area where people could sit down at tables to eat and enjoy the music and dance. First to perform was the Real Church young dance team, dancing to Lights Shine Bright by TobyMac.

Next in the line-up was a performance by the elementary choir in the Tulsa Homeschool Choir. This group is directed by Christine Lovett.

Then Scott C. Lovett & Aflame took the stage to sing Christmas songs, glorifying God with their talent and the songs they sung, one of which included "Jesus is the Reason," one of the songs on their 5-song Christmas CD.

The Tulsa Homeschool Choir came up again, this time with an auditioned group directed by Stephanie Holler.

After that, John Holler took to the stage to share two songs from his new instrumental CD project, Traditionally Non-Traditional, which contains 12 instrumental songs with a non-traditional take on traditional carols.

Tulsa Homeschool Choir and Scott C. Lovett & Aflame continued to switch off performing through the afternoon, including the THC dance group, taught by Lana Rungtranont.

We all had a wonderful time sharing our gifts with everyone at the Tulsa Christmas Parade Block Party and sharing THE gift, Jesus Christ.
