Fervent Fire Ministries has a mandate to raise up ministers and ministries to bring in the last day harvest. In 2004 Scott & Christine Lovett founded a church congregation that would be used as a training ground to teach, equip, and establish five fold ministers to build the kingdom of God. Turning back to the Word of God to find true church government and order, Scott worked to establish a group of elders to assist him in the process of establishing men and women of God. Real Church is an OJT training center that provides a place for ministers to develop & grow.
Steps to Completion:
1. Local body basics & fundamentals (attendance, tithing, faithfulness)
2. Students then go into Placement + Submission + Correction = Fruit Test
3. Established Five Fold Elders Identify Students true callings & gifts
A. Public recognition of call and office
B. Student qualify themselves as deacons and work to fulfill individual call and office
4. Deacons License for Ministry, Calling recognized publically
A. Deacon continues to qualify as an Elder by gaining experience and personal growth
5. Full Ordination as a qualified Five Fold Elder
This Elder can be commisioned by FFM with other Five Fold Elders to found a church, he or she can stay at Real Church and become involved in FFM or the Elder can establish his or her individual vision with Fellowship of Flame priviledges
